For more than three decades, our work has drawn from professional coaching, human behavior, relationship dynamics, crisis resolution, leadership, trauma, somatic awareness, consciousness, energetics, metaphysics, and the deeper patterns shaping human experience.
But our understanding was never built from study alone. We have lived through our own breakdowns, reinventions, relationship challenges, profound periods of stillness, identity shifts, loss, uncertainty, and the dismantling of realities we once believed were true. We know what it is like to stand inside a situation and be unable to see what becomes obvious only later.
Because ReSolution is not created from theory. It requires the willingness to question the accepted story, look beneath what appears to be true, and stay with a problem long enough for what has been hidden to reveal itself. Our work has taken us across disciplines and beyond conventional boundaries, but no single modality defines what we do.
What matters is what we can see when we put all of it together.

Bella has spent more than three decades working with people at pivotal moments in their lives and businesses.
Her background spans executive coaching, leadership development, crisis management, relationships, trauma, consciousness, metaphysics, bio-energetics, personal transformation, and the deeper patterns that shape human behavior and decision-making.
What distinguishes Bella is her ability to recognize what others often miss. She sees patterns quickly. Contradictions. Repeating dynamics. Hidden loyalties. The 1° distortions that can quietly alter the direction of a relationship, decision, business, or life.
Her work has included private mentoring, executive and leadership development, relationship work, retreats, speaking, writing, and the development of original bodies of work around consciousness, distortion, and human transformation.
Bella is also a three-time bestselling author, performing and visual artist, and creator of Bellalicious.com. Alongside Ray, she co-founded ELUMINA MAUI, created to support people and communities through meaningful human challenges.

RAYMOND MOLINÉ
Ray has spent decades exploring human potential, consciousness, metaphysics, bioenergetics, mindfulness, stillness, and the deeper forces that shape how people perceive, decide, relate, and change.
What distinguishes Ray is the way he approaches a problem. He does not follow the obvious route. He listens differently. He notices what is being avoided, where the resistance sits, and where an unexpected opening may exist. There is a groundedness to the way Ray works that allows complex situations to slow down enough for something new to become visible.
His background also includes deep study of stillness, consciousness, intuitive perception, creativity, craftsmanship, music, and the relationship between form, energy, sound, and silence.
As a master woodworker and artist, Ray brings the same qualities to his creative work that he brings to ReSolution – patience, precision, sensitivity, and an instinct for seeing what something wants to become.
Alongside Bella, he brings a different kind of intelligence into the room – practical, intuitive, unconventional, and deeply attuned to what is happening beneath the surface.

We did not learn ReSolution by observing relationships from the outside.
We found it inside our own.
Our relationship has asked us to face conflict, contradiction, old patterns, deeply held beliefs, identity, fear, love, and the places where two people can both be certain they are seeing the truth. Again and again, we discovered that resolution did not come from proving who was right.
It came from finding what neither of us could see while we were inside the problem.
That became one of the deepest foundations of our work. We learned how to stay with what is difficult long enough to get beneath the argument, beneath the story, beneath the reaction – until the real issue could finally come into view.
And when the real issue becomes visible, something changes. The fight is no longer the fight. The problem is no longer the problem. A different path becomes possible.
That is the ReSolution we now bring to others – not theory, but something we have had to discover, practice, and live together.
What We Believe:
The longer a consequential problem remains unresolved, the more expensive it usually becomes.
Avoiding a difficult conversation rarely makes the problem easier. It usually makes the eventual ReSolution harder.
What we are unwilling to face does not disappear. It quietly begins shaping decisions, relationships, businesses, health, and the future.
The visible problem is not always the real problem. ReSolution begins when we are willing to look beneath what is obvious.
Being right is rarely as valuable as understanding what is actually happening.
Clarity is cheaper than confusion. Truth is cheaper than prolonged conflict. ReSolution is cheaper than years of managing the consequences.
Some problems require courage, but continuing to live with them often requires far more.
The most consequential problems deserve our attention before they become crises.

At RayBella, our mission is to help people see and resolve the hidden distortions that quietly shape relationships, decisions, families, businesses, and lives.
Because what remains unseen does not remain neutral. It repeats. It costs time. It repeats, compounds, creates conflict, and begins shaping choices. And over time, a small distortion can become an expensive problem. We believe that when people can see more clearly, they can choose more freely. When the real problem comes into view, relationships can change, decisions can become cleaner, and entire futures can take a different direction.
