For more than three decades, our work has drawn from professional coaching, human behavior, relationship dynamics, crisis resolution, leadership, trauma, somatic awareness, consciousness, energetics, metaphysics, and the deeper patterns shaping human experience.
Our understanding reaches far beyond what we have studied.
We have lived through breakdowns, reinventions, relationship challenges, stillness, loss, identity shifts, uncertainty, and the dismantling of realities we once believed were true. We know what it is like to stand inside a problem and only later see what was invisible from within it. That is why ReSolution is not theory for us.

Bella has spent more than three decades working with people at pivotal moments in their lives and businesses.
Her background spans executive coaching, leadership, crisis, relationships, trauma, consciousness, metaphysics, bio-energetics, and the deeper patterns shaping human behavior and decision-making.
What distinguishes Bella is how quickly she sees what others miss. Patterns. Contradictions. Repeating dynamics. Hidden loyalties. The 1° distortions that can quietly redirect a relationship, decision, business, or life.
Her work has included private mentoring, executive and leadership development, relationship work, retreats, speaking, writing, and original bodies of work around consciousness, distortion, and transformation. Bella is also a three-time bestselling author, performing and visual artist, creator of Bellalicious.com, and co-founder of ELUMINA MAUI with Ray.
Across all of it, one thing has remained constant: Bella looks for what is really happening beneath what appears to be happening.
RAYMOND MOLINÉ
Ray has spent decades exploring human potential, consciousness, metaphysics, bioenergetics, mindfulness, stillness, and the deeper forces that shape how people perceive, decide, relate, and change.
What distinguishes Ray is how he approaches a problem. He does not follow the obvious route. He listens differently, notices what is being avoided, senses where resistance sits, and looks for the opening others may have missed.
His background also spans intuitive perception, creativity, craftsmanship, music, and the relationship between form, energy, sound, and silence.
As a master woodworker and artist, Ray brings the same qualities to ReSolution – patience, precision, sensitivity, and an instinct for seeing what something wants to become.
Alongside Bella, he brings a different kind of intelligence into the room – practical, intuitive, unconventional, and deeply attuned to what is happening beneath the surface.

Our relationship became one of our deepest laboratories for ReSolution.
We have faced conflict, contradiction, old patterns, fear, identity, love, and those moments when two people can both be completely certain they are seeing the truth.
What changed us was discovering that ReSolution rarely came from proving who was right. It came from seeing what neither of us could see from inside the problem. That became a foundation of our work – staying with what is difficult until the real issue comes into view.
The conflict changes. The problem changes. A different path becomes possible.
That is the ReSolution we now bring to others – something we have had to discover, practice, and live together.
What We Believe:
